Fenrir Training Group

These shoes have last me almost 4 years of constant use, I wore them everyday for every occasion didn't matter rain, shine, sleet or snow. you really make an amazing product and now it's time I finally lay these down.. at least until they dry from yesterdays adventures and finally place on my feet your mids.

The only damage to these shoes after almost 4 years is
Internal and it's all in the heel section, I honestly don't know what could be done to change that after 4 years of constant use and abuse.

They've been to

Training events
World travel
Construction sites
Horse ranches
Farms
Ruck marches
Hikes
Camping

And more.. it's sad to start wearing my new in the box shoes, but I'm glad that the money I paid for these was worth it and I'm glad I'm finally in a place in life where I don't have to deal with holes in my shoes and wet socks year round like I did as a kid.

If you're ever looking for new boots either for casual stuff or real combat I'd highly recommend Altama.

And just like that has won the war!

See the issue here is a lot of people are saying "well he didn't make it mandatory he left it up to the companies"

That's a low key way of saying he made it mandatory, it's like when parents or your partner looks at you and says "ok, you can do what you want then" and you know damn well that translates to "do what I tell you or you'll be in trouble"

Our government has overreached, it's stepped past the line in the sad because we never made one, we gave up.. there won't be some major revolution or civil war because they've already proven to us that we'll let them walk all over us without any fight.. it's too late to fight now..

But with that sad and negative news out of the way.. we can start to overhaul the system slowly it won't be some major war to change the government it will be small moments like this, it will take many years and many more moments like this.. but it will happen if we want it to, if we vote for it, push for it.

So don't lose hope just yet.. but understand that the current battle is very one sided.

All things have pros and cons, you have to understand this.. competition shooting gives you some amazing skills and makes you pretty quick but you need to continue to strive for accuracy.

Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.

Just because he was fast and not accurate doesn't mean you should discount competitive shooting, it just means you should go do it and be better.

20 years ago, I can't believe it's been that long.. I had just returned from New York, had seen the towers a few days earlier.. woke up that day to see what was on TV and all channels were filled with the same exact thing..

20 years ago 9/11 happened and it changed America permanently, it launched us into a war, made us lose so many good people.. cost us billions.. and now everything we did, everything we tried building has crumbled around us like the towers..

"Never forget" but we have forgetten so much.

Great you can shoot on the flat range, but what about when moving?
How well do you handle stress?
Yes, working out is stress, your brain has no real way to tell between the different stresses we encounter. The only reason we can (tell) is because we're capable of understanding (sometimes) what caused that stress.

Shooting accurately and reliably is dependant on a number of different factors all culminating at the same time. So how can we be accurate? Well, we train either on our own after seeking professional training, or by continued professional training. But what about being reliable?

This is where fitness comes in. Carrying a gun isn't the end all be all.. there are other factors that come into play.

These factors are:
Situational awareness
Understanding your state laws
Combative martial arts
Being mentally and physically fit
Fi****ms training

The list is simple and employing this list will only make you a better protector.

So the question is, how fit are you?

One thing we make sure to do is pass on information that we actually know, not just information we found somewhere else.. too many Instructors teach things outside of their wheelhouse and we try not to be those people, instead we always point to who a student should go to when we're out of our depth which gives both us and the student a peace of mind and the best possible outcome for their training.

I don't see other Instructors as competition, we're all in this together and we should all want the same goal, your average everyday citizen weather they be male,female,they/them, non-binary or even gender fluid regradless of religion, or color should be armed, fluent in the laws of their state, and proficient with their firearm.
