Preschool Openings:
We have a couple openings at Bright West Preschool on Tues/Thurs and one 5 day opening available!

We are a half day play based program and our program runs 8:30am - 12pm. We accept children ages 2-5.
We have a large green space for our students to explore and hands on learning activities.
Openings are available asap or can start in October.
We also have two spaces available at our Burien location on M/W/F

ALSO - stay tuned for our preschool fundraiser: "Pay what you can Mini Sessions📸" by Stone Photography. All money raised will go directly to help improve our playgrounds and to build a scholarship fund for families that might not otherwise be able to afford preschool. We also want to give an opportunity to families to capture a picture of their family professional that might not otherwise be able to do so as it can be rather expensive.

Fill in Preschool Teacher for August

Bright West Preschool in Burien is looking for a teacher to assist us with our summer camps in August.

The position while temporary has the potential to turn into long term (part time) for the right candidate. However our current need is to fill a few weeks in August.

Weeks needed:

• August 8th - August 12th

• August 15th - August 19th

• August 22nd - August 26th

• August 29th - September 2nd

Ideally I'd love to have the same person for all weeks but open to two different people.

Pay: $20-23/hr based on experience.

Hours: 8:45am - 1:15pm

You would be in charge of 6-7 children and executing our daily schedule, circle time, free play, learning centers, snack and outdoor play.

Candidate will have at least 3 years of child care experience, references, a current CPR and first aid and be able to pass a background check.

We embrace all the moments of being ages 2 years old to 6 years old!

We have 3 openings in our outdoor class and 3 openings in our indoor class in September at our West Seattle location.

We accept children ages 2.5 to 5 years old and we do not require students to be potty trained upon enrollment.

Job openings:

Bright West Preschool has two openings!

• Part time assistant teacher position in West Seattle. Hours needed are: 8:30am-11:30am and days are flexible.

• Part time Lead Teacher in Burien starting in mid March or early April. Hours needed are: 8:30am - 1:30pm (Monday-Friday).

We offer competition pay based on experience, PTO, accrued sick time, medical stipend, paid educational opportunities and a fun work environment! We ask that candidates have 1-3 years of experience in a child care setting.

Our class sizes are small with a max of 8 students in our West Seattle location and 10 students in our Burien location.
