Sessions are 50 minutes each, pricing and discounts can be found under the "Services" tab. Sliding scale available. I am able to offer a variety of ways to work with me:
-non-video+non-audio (messaging/chat/email services),
-audio-only phone calls,
-video+audio chat services (Zoom, Skype, Facetime, Google Duo),
and in-person sessions if you are in the Magnolia/Seattle area.
-I also offer outdoor in-person sessions called "Trail Talks" if you're interested in trying that out!

These sessions have been SUCH a wonderful way to guide community members in pausing, relaxing, rebalancing, and reconnecting to body, breath, and environment. 🧘🌱
It will probably be a bit drizzly tonight, and I already have a few people registered, so if you’re not afraid of a little Seattle autumn rain, bundle up in everything waterproof that you have, and come join us!
