Looking forward to seeing everyone! We have 112 attendees as of today, 5/16. The check-in table will be set up outside the track gates at 5:15. Tickets will be at the Check-In table until 6:15. After that your tickets will be in Will Call. Once in the gate proceed to the View Room where you will receive your wristband. No-host bar opens at 6 pm and buffet service at 7:15. Things wrap after racing a little after 10pm.

Volunteers are needed to help with the picnic, Saturday, July 20, starting with set-up at 10 a.m. and ending with clean-up at about 8 p.m. We will also have a class table that needs staffing. The picnic is from 1-8 at Lincoln Park's Shelter 1. Can you help? They are also searching for a photographer. If you can help, put your name and the time you are available in the comments, and I will pass the information on.
