We are pleased to announce the new Graduate of Mortgage Lending (GML) e-learning program and a special offer for early registrants. Our 50/50 incentive offers a $50 tuition rebate grant from the Mortgage Industry Foundation to the first 50 registrants who successfully complete the program.

The Institute of Mortgage Lending is the oldest program of its kind. We are unique as a designation conferring education program available to professionals in all fields and at all levels in the industry.

The Institute was founded in 1988 with the belief that our industry is improved only when each worker is educated beyond the individual silo of their position. The initial designation, Graduate of Mortgage Lending (GML), has been achieved by hundreds of students from executive to early entry professionals.

Following the 2008 financial crisis the program was dormant until the Mortgage Industry Foundation acquired the Institute late last year. Our new text, The Mortgage Professional’s Handbook, propels our mission well into the 21st century.
