We equip leaders and teams to awaken social change.

Most of us were trained to care for souls, not to overhaul organizational charts. Yet, here we are, realizing that the way we structure our work deeply impacts the way we feel at the end of the day.

If you’re currently trying to move a community toward something new and it feels like you're wading through chest-deep water, you aren't doing it wrong. Change is just inherently heavy. We’ve gathered some thoughts on how to lead those shifts without losing your own sense of peace in the process. What does it look like to practically love our immigrant and refugee neighbors in a deeply complex political climate? It starts with stepping out of the headlines and into a space of shared learning and local action.

Our partners at World Relief Western Washington are hosting their Advocacy Weekend from Friday, June 5 to Sunday, June 7.

This series of gatherings across Western Washington features authors and leaders Matt Soerens and Daniel Yang. Together, they will be breaking down the realities of mass displacement and looking at how national immigration policies directly shape our local communities. It’s an invitation to ask hard questions, engage in meaningful Q&As, and discover sustainable ways to advocate within your own church or neighborhood.

If you are trying to navigate how your faith calls you to seek justice and mercy for the vulnerable right now, we encourage you to join the conversation at a gathering near you.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re inviting faith communities to look closer. Your leaders are holding a heavy yoke, and they can't carry it alone.

That is why we created the Clergy Burnout podcast - resources for pastors and those who love them. Learn how to foster a culture where everyone, including the clergy, can flourish.

Lisa Sharon Harper reminds us that the pastor’s role is to protect the Imago Dei in all people, and that includes the person in the pulpit.

When we shift from "institutional maintenance" to "defending human dignity," the way we lead changes. Reimagining the Kingdom means reimagining how we care for those who lead us.

Why does "work-life balance" feel impossible? Because the system wasn't designed for it.

Writer Anne Helen Petersen joins us to discuss how the"gig economy"" mindset and systemic pressures have turned ministry into a marathon with no finish line. If you’re exhausted, it might not be your schedule; it might be the culture.

The church often asks pastors to be "theological exceptions" to human rules. We expect 24/7 availability and infinite emotional labor.

But what if your boundaries aren't a hurdle to your ministry? What if they are your ministry? Pastor Mandy Smith joins us to discuss the radical grace found in embracing our limits.

One in three pastors is at risk of burnout. If you’re feeling the weight of the world, it’s not a spiritual failure—it’s physiology.

Chronic stress leaves a physical "sludge" in the body that prayer alone isn't designed to clear. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re digging into the biological reality of ministry with Dr. Jessica Young Brown.

Often, "justice sermons" feel exhausting because we think they have to be arguments. We think we have to bring the outrage. But what if it didn't have to be that way?

In a recent article, Dr. Kate Rae Davis offers a different way forward. It’s not a guide on how to win a political debate with your congregation. It’s a framework for how to start with a deeply human story, illuminate it with Scripture, and invite your community into actionable hope rather than partisan outrage.
