Hands down, my FAVORITE part of this job is when clients turn into life long friends ✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And I mean that wholeheartedly. There is nothing more special to me than watching my relationship with a client transform from a simple inquiry, to capturing their special day, and ending up with a brand new bestie.. seriously, cue the tears 🥲🥲⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🤟🏼 SHOW. YO. FACE. ONLINE. — This one is huge y’all! One of my favorite things I hear from clients is “I feel like i’ve known you my whole life!!” Remember that a HUGE chunk of the time, your clients are finding you on Instagram, and you only have 7 seconds to make an impact on them!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So show up on your stories, share behind the scenes, give some fun facts about yourself, and show off those goofy videos of you dancing at your receptions, and your clients will LOVE YOU FOR IT! 😍😍⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Establishing that quick and easy personal connection, allows your potential client to feel that much more connected to YOU and your personality! 🤟🏼⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🤟🏼 Always deliver more than expected — You probably hear it all the time: “under promise, over deliver” and it’s TRUE! One of my favorite ways to make clients feel extra special is sending them a hardcover collection gallery in the mail. 💌 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can easily create these on Shutterfly, throw in a handwritten note and some small gifts, and your clients will feel SO SO SO special. They’ll cherish it forever, show it off to their friends and family, and you’ll definitely see a return on investment 👀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
