The Otter Cross Cultural Center (OC3) is committed to advancing the University vision of diversity, cross-culturalism, and social justice. Our purpose is to promote a learning community of cross-cultural engagement, understanding, and exchange through education, collaboration, dialogue, and action! As a student, you can take advantage of the following:

-Educational workshops and events that explo

re diversity and social justice
-Trainings on how to be an activist and to create social change
-Cultural celebrations that represent the multicultural community we have on campus
-Resource library with books and movies on diversity and social justice
-A fun and relaxing study space where all students are welcomed
-Individual and student organization advising on leadership, identity, and social change.

🕷️✨ Attention all CSUMB drag performers…Werk Witch auditions are now open!!! ✨ 🕷️

If you or anyone you know is interested in competing in this year’s Werk Witch Drag Show, please visit the linktree in our bio to submit your application!

All audition submissions are due on Sunday, September 13th, at midnight (12 AM). Remember anyone can compete - whether you’re a student, staff, faculty, and or a community member (must be 18+). Absolutely no previous performance experience is necessary to compete :) YOU could be the next Mx. Werk Witch!

🕯️🫧🔮Werk Witch is an annual intersectional drag show in collaboration with Rainbow Raft Pride Center @ CSUMB and Otter Student Union (OSU) that encourages drag performers to showcase their artistic brilliance and let their inner diva shine bright like a diamond! The event will take place on Friday, October 9th, 2026 in the OSU Ballroom, with doors opening at 6:30 pm. 🔮🫧
