COLLEGE OF NURSING. Full-time Nursing Faculty, Searcy Arkansas

Seeking full-time nursing faculty in adult medical/surgical and/or critical care sub-specialities for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in Searcy, Arkansas.

The successful candidates should maintain an active, unencumbered nursing license; be eligible for RN licensing in the state of Arkansas; have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a graduate degree in Nursing; and have at least 2 years of nursing practice experience in medical surgical or critical care settings.

Responsibilities include teaching and leading undergraduate clinical groups in nursing practice settings, evaluating student preparation and written clinical assignments, assisting with simulation, evaluation of clinical competency and performance and leading pre and post clinical conferences to meet course clinical objectives.

Full-time faculty participate in collaborative committee work to complete all accreditation requirements, and contribute to the scholarship goals within the college.

It's our favorite time of year at the Carr College of Nursing! Not only do we have students getting ready to graduate in the next few weeks, but many are already accepting positions.
