Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate someone who means so much to HIS Kids—Brooke.
For 12 years, Brooke has been a loyal, dependable, and incredibly talented part of HIS Kids. There are so many details, responsibilities, and behind-the-scenes things that keep HIS Kids running smoothly, and so much of that is done by Brooke—often quietly and without recognition. She is someone I can count on, someone who is honest with me, and someone who is never afraid to hold us accountable and make sure we are doing what is best for the children and families we serve.
Over the years, I have also had the privilege of watching Brooke grow and flourish—not only as an employee and an important part of HIS Kids, but as a person and as a mother. I have watched her navigate some of the hardest seasons of her life, and through it all, she has continued to grow into the wonderful, strong, and loving mother she is today. Watching that journey has been incredibly special.
HIS Kids truly would not be the same place without Brooke. Her dedication, loyalty, honesty, hard work, and heart have helped shape HIS Kids into what it is today. There are simply no words big enough to express how grateful I am for everything she has given to HIS Kids over these past 12 years.
Brooke, no amount of words or thank-yous could ever repay you for all that you have done, all that you continue to do, and all that you have helped HIS Kids become.
Thank you for 12 incredible years. We are so incredibly blessed to have you, and HIS Kids is better because of you. ❤️
