A big thank you to instructors Colter and Mike for leading another fantastic sailing class. Our students did an amazing job learning new skills!

We had the pleasure of welcoming a church youth group to our American Sailing school for the beginner Basic Keelboat class (ASA 101), and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!
Throughout the course, these young sailors demonstrated enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn. We are incredibly proud of everything they accomplished and the hard work they put in.
To top it all off, they had the opportunity to showcase their new sailing skills by participating in a Wednesday Night Sailboat Race on Clear Lake. Watching them apply what they learned on the water was truly rewarding!
Congratulations to all of you on a job well done. We look forward to welcoming you back on the water soon for more sailing adventures. Way to go, sailors! ⛵👏

This weekend, our students practiced one of sailing's most valuable skills heaving-to while out on Clear Lake. After creating a stable, “parked” position, they took a well-earned break and enjoyed lunch on the water.
