When people need help, knowing where to begin matters. 211 is a free and confidential helpline that helps people find support for everyday essentials. Trained specialists connect callers to food, shelter, housing, health care, and more is available 24/7 in over 350 languages. To get connected, simply dial 2-1-1 and press one to be connected to a trained specialist.
