The Conrad Foundation was founded in 1999 by former educator and visionary Nancy Conrad, to honor the extraordinary life of her late husband, Charles “Pete” Conrad. Determined to carry forward Pete’s passion for exploration, innovation and entrepreneurship, Nancy formed the Conrad Challenge in 2008.
