Cycling at the Zoo with Carolyn is not just cycling, it’s fun good full body workout energy! From all sorts of bike fun creativity, to the mat to blast some abs, to just about anything you’ll let her push you through. I love jumping in a class and getting that fat burning fix, not having to think and just getting it done!
