We conduct security awareness seminars for corporate customers. Xtreme Measures Training Group also conducts product testing. If you make hard use products, we can put that product to the test and give you feedback on your products strengths as well as weaknesse

s. XMTG Fi****ms Training Academy was founded by James Ferguson. James served in the United States Marine Corps and United States Marine Corps Reserve after graduating High School. While serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, James started a career in Law Enforcement. James has over 20 years of experience with the majority of his career spent serving as a Tactical Officer and Fi****ms Instructor for a major metropolitan agency in the DFW area. James has worked as a Patrol Officer, Background Investigator, Entry Team Member, Sniper Team Member, Sniper Team Leader, Fi****ms Instructor, and Range Master. James has logged thousands of hours training academy classes, in-service classes, tactical classes, sniper/counter sniper classes, and civilians in the use of fi****ms and tactics. Throughout James's career he has made contacts which allowed him to assemble a professional instructor cadre. Our instructors come from Military or Law Enforcement backgrounds and are true experts in their field. Training for everyone. In our training classes the environment is set up to allow the student to learn without becoming stressed out. Even though we train Law Enforcement and Military Professionals we provide training for civilians as well. No matter what your background you will enjoy your training cycle. All egos are checked at the door. There is no place for egos in the training environment.

I normally do not post very many personal posts, but this one is different. If you have been to our LE Sniper Courses, you have met Shawn Hanley or you have heard me talk about him. He is on the right in this photo. This picture was taken after the Sniper Adventure Challenge that we did several years ago. Yesterday he went home to be with the Lord! Our community lost a great man of God, great husband, great Daddy, great brother, and a great warrior. Pray for his family during this difficult time. Until we meet again brother!
