Yesterday we had the honor to promote another one of our students to the Dan level. Way to go Mr. Naughton!!

Please take some time today to remember the reason for this holiday. We thank those who gave their lives for us to live. Thank you to all those who are no longer with us that defended this country.

To all the moms out there, this day is for you! Happy Mother's Day!! Without our moms, we would not be here today! They guide us, the nurture us and they keep us moving. Thank you for all you do!

What a great class last night. It was all about endurance and did the student bring it. No matter what Niemiec SBN threw at them they conquered! So proud of the school!

This week we had both a Gup test and a Dan test. Great technique by all the students that were testing! Even had someone testing up for their black belt. Who knows? We may have a new Dan member by the end of April! Congrats to all that tested!

Great class on Tuesday night doing some ground work and getting out of holes. Thank you to our special guest teaching us!

Tonight was all about family and fun. We had our annual holiday fun class. It was great to see everyone having fun and relaxing a little during the holiday!
