As Lackawanna College continues its transition to NCAA Division II membership and future athletic competition in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), we are pleased to announce the launch of a new NCAA Transition Timeline page on the official Falcons athletics website – https://lackawannafalcons.com/falconsforward

This new resource has been created to provide students, employees, alumni, supporters, and community members with a centralized location for information regarding the College's transition from the NJCAA to NCAA Division II athletics. The page outlines key milestones, important dates, membership requirements, and progress updates as the institution moves through the NCAA reclassification process. The transition follows the College's acceptance of an invitation to join the PSAC and reflects a significant step in the continued growth of both the institution and its athletics program.

The move to NCAA Division II will expand opportunities for student-athletes by supporting a four-year athletics model, increasing opportunities to complete bachelor and graduate degrees at Lackawanna College, and enhancing the overall student-athlete experience. The transition also aligns with the College's commitment to academic quality, athletic excellence, and student success.

Lackawanna Falcons Athletics is proud to offer a lineup of Summer Camps and Clinics designed to engage our local community, develop skills, and introduce participants to the Falcon experience both on and off the field. From traditional sport clinics to innovative esports programming, these opportunities are open to a wide range of ages and skill levels and are designed to create meaningful connections with our student-athletes, coaches, and campus community.

Athletics Camps & Clinics
Participants will learn directly from Lackawanna College coaches and student-athletes in a competitive and supportive environment:

Football Prospect Camp (June 20)
Men’s & Women’s Soccer ID Clinics (June 28)
Women’s Volleyball Prospect Clinic (July 23)
Women’s Volleyball All Skills Camp (July 25)
Esports Minecraft Camp

Our Minecraft Camp highlights the innovative side of Lackawanna College athletics and provides a unique opportunity for participants of all backgrounds:

Open to all ages with limited in-person capacity (20 participants)
Uses the PC Education Version of Minecraft to promote
creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving
Encourages interaction and camaraderie among campers

Two sessions available:
July 13–17 (9 AM – 12 PM)
August session also available
Registration fee: $150 (supports Lackawanna College Esports)
