This 4-week group will help participants learn to connect with feelings related to changes in their lives. Strategies will include learning how to build on existing strengths as well as develop new skills.

Stress-Management Group
In this 4-week group, learn a number of stress management tools that involve worry reduction and relaxation
Will be on Tuesday’s 3:30PM-4:30PM (Beginning October 3rd)

Summary:
Crew Manager positions to supervise 25 direct reports from controls engineering, process engineering, manufacturing and production. Will work with employees to ensure product quality and throughput.
Very strong people person, good leadership skills to manage their hourly workforce.

Performance Monitoring
Salary: 55K
Hours: Third shift + occasional weekends
