Practice tomorrow Oct 12th (Monday). 10 am at SHS track. Great showing at the marathon today! See everyone tomorrow.

No formal practice tomorrow (Friday) as coaches have work. Run on your own or text a member of the team and set something up. ( ideally 4-6 miles depending on ability) Try to run Saturday before the rain comes on Sunday. ( 4-5 miles with 6 x 1 min fast running slightly faster than race pace)
Sunday we will meet for steamtown marathon water stop. Greenridge nursing home on boulevard avenue around 9:20-9:30am. Stay as long as you want.

Campus will be shut down for both races. If you want to leave early, you should park across the street. jr high at 4:45, varsity shortly after first race.
