We believe children learn best when given multiple opportunities to explore the world around them. Winter Updates ; we spent the last few weeks learning about winter and the seasonal changes that come with it ❄️ We have been discussing weather, hibernation and more! Lots of books have been shared, we especially loved, God’s Dream by Archbishop Desmond Tutu 🌈

Our preschool and pre-K students had a great October and we’re looking forward to a wonderful November learning and growing.
We switched over to Remind for daily pictures and updates for current enrolled families, but we wanted to share a few things we have been up to! We even enjoyed 2 great field trips together in the beautiful fall air 🍁 Our students have been working on their letters and sounds, studying leaves and apples, fire safety, math, cooperative play skills and learning about the love of Jesus !

We’ve been working hard in both classes! The children are becoming masters at using scissors and glue , working on numbers , letters and making friends. Our Bible stories have been about animals and caring for our Earth 🤗

Over $160.00 dollars collected from chapel offerings this spring were donated to The Ronald McDonald House of Scranton ! Combined with the Sunday School - we were able to provide more than $200.00 to keep in our community for families in need ! Thanks IPK !
