🌿 TONIGHT! Free Mindfulness Drop-In Class 🌿
Join us this evening for our Mindfulness for Mental Health session — part of Howard Gardner's Mental Health Awareness Week!
📅 Wednesday, May 20th | 5:15–6:15 PM
📍 Senior Social Studies Classroom
This FREE class is led by Phil Sallavanti from CALM of NEPA and gives families a taste of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques to help reduce stress, improve focus, and boost emotional well-being.
✔️ Open to Staff & Families — Adults only
✔️ Childcare & activities provided in the Link by the Aevidum Club & Staff
✔️ Please park in the lower loop
Stick around after the session to connect with the Scranton Counseling Center and learn about mental health resources available to our school community. 💙
