Marywood MFA

Marywood MFA Marywood University’s Low Residency MFA Program for Graphic Designers, Illustrators, and Educators. We are the oldest low-residency program in the country!

Marywood University’s “Get Your Masters with the Masters" MFA Program is a low-residency, 60 credit, Master of Fine Arts degree with a focus in Graphic Design or Illustration. Our program is specifically designed for working art directors, designers, illustrators, and art educators who seek to budget their time and resources.

The Marywood University MFA community mourns the loss of Steven Brower, former Director of the MFA program and a gifted designer, author, educator, and mentor.

Steven’s passion for design, dedication to his students, and belief in creative community left a lasting impact on our program and the many artists and designers he inspired. His influence will continue through their work, careers, and creative journeys.

We extend our deepest condolences to Steven’s family, friends, colleagues, and former students. He will be greatly missed.
