John G. Whittier Elementary #2 Art Show

School year 2021-2022
This year, we were able to have a small group of 4th graders come in at 7:30 am and work on art and steam projects. They had to build a bridge from newspaper and tape. The bridge had to be strong enough to hold a heavy book. Afterwards, they used plaster wrap and paint to add details. Then they created a backdrop and set the scene. They had a running joke because it started leaning. "Welp, it's built like every other bridge in Pennsylvania." Good luck next year 4th grade!!! I'll miss you tons!!!!
