Yesterday, we had a wonderful assembly from the Phoenix Taiko Drummers. They even let students come up and try out the drums, and even teachers got a turn 🤩🥁what a unique and fun way to learn about a culture!

4/5 CGP students in Mrs. Soble and Mrs. Cavenaugh's class have been writing back and forth with their pen pals at two nearby retirement homes all school year. They finally got to meet on Tuesday, share stories, and talk about life. It was a beautiful day!

Our 5th graders brought history to life at our Wax Museum! From inventors to leaders, athletes to activists, students shared powerful monologues and stepped into the shoes of important people from history. So proud of their hard work, creativity, and confidence! ✨📚

2nd grade students in Mrs. Kraatz’ class worked collaboratively to put together puzzles. Puzzles are excellent for kids because they enhance cognitive abilities, improve fine motor skills, and teach patience and problem-solving. Fun was had by all!

2nd graders in Mrs. Kruger’s class became mini-teachers during their “You Be the Teachers” lessons! Students shared their passions, talents, and favorite things — from hobbies and crafts to special skills and fun facts. We loved watching their confidence shine as they taught their classmates something new! 💡📚👏
