For generations, Yavapai and Coronado have been connected through the Scottsdale Unified School District, supporting students from their first days of elementary school through graduation.

Together, we're honoring the legacy, traditions, and countless memories that have shaped our schools over the past 65 years.

Lots of exciting energy filled our campus on the first day of school! From new friends and new faces to new routines and new teachers, today marked the beginning of incredible opportunities and fresh starts. We loved seeing the smiles, hearing the laughter, and watching our students eagerly begin a new year of learning and growth.

Today we proudly welcomed back our incredible teaching staff as we launched our Flight Plan to Success for the new school year! Our team came together with excitement, purpose, and a shared commitment to helping every Thunderbird learn, grow, and thrive.
