This week at the 2026 TIA Conference, NIET presented alongside South San Antonio ISD Superintendent Dr. Saul Hinojosa to highlight how observation data, coaching, and professional learning can be aligned to improve instruction, support teacher retention, and inform strategic compensation decisions.
