Congratulations to Cocopah 7th grader Alessandra Stoutner on an outstanding academic achievement!

Last school year, while in Mrs. Sandra Flayton's class, Alessandra wrote a research essay that was selected for publication by the Armenian Museum of America. Her essay, "Vartan Margosian: A Musical Life," explores the life and legacy of her great-great-grandfather, musician and cultural preservationist Vartan Margosian, while highlighting the importance of preserving history, culture, and music for future generations.
