Things happened on the past eight months has not been so lovely, but let's make the start of "Ber Months" a good new start. It is a reminder that we have to look forward, ask for His guidance, and no turning back to the negative things happened. Better things are waiting for us.
As for He has plans for us, to prosper us and not to harm us. It is to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11) ♥
Happy start of Ber Months! 🤩

A family had twin boys whose only resemblance to each other was their looks. If one felt it was too hot, the other thought it was too cold. If one said the TV was too loud, the other claimed the volume needed to be turned up. Opposite in every way, one was an eternal optimist, the other a doom & gloom pessimist.
Just to see what would happen, on the twins’ birthday their father loaded the pessimist’s room with every imaginable toy and game. The optimist’s room he loaded with horse manure.
That night the father passed by the pessimist’s room and found him sitting amid his new gifts crying bitterly.
“Why are you crying?” the father asked.
“Because my friends will be jealous, I’ll have to read all these instructions before I can do anything with this stuff, I’ll constantly need batteries, and my toys will eventually get broken,” answered the pessimist twin.
Passing the optimist twin’s room, the father found him dancing for joy in the pile of manure. “What are you so happy about?” he asked.
To which his optimist twin replied, “There’s got to be a pony in here somewhere!”

Big God over Fears.
We had a one-hour boat trip going to an island. No life vest, no floaters, no first aid, and I don't know how to swim. As we reach the deepest part of the sea, many negative things come to my mind. Like, "What if our boat sink? "How can I save Zion?" "What if there are sharks?" "What if there's a storm?" "What if there's a huge wave?" and so many more "What if" things.
And then I look at Zion. Calmly watching the waves and after a while, falls asleep. A deep sleep.
I remembered Jesus on Mark 4:38-40 when there was a storm, He is just peacefully sleeping. Until his followers wake him up because they were afraid to drown. Then Jesus stood up and command to the wind and water to stop and everything calm down.
Nowadays, because of earthquakes, volcano eruptions, viruses, etc., our fears get bigger than our faith. I admit that. But let us always remember that God is good and He loves us. We just have to have faith like a child. A faith that never doubts. A faith that is bigger than any fear. Faith like a mustard seed. Let us always remember that He has plans to prosper us and not to harm us.
No one of us, people, can predict what could happen. But what I can assure you are - God is bigger than anything. Precautions are good but should be with knowledge and wisdom from Him. Let us also help each other to strengthen each faith and not be an instrument to their fear.
