Pro Edge was founded with years of experience as Certified Instructor and Content/Curriculum creator from previous school. We take pride in educating REALTORS® who participate in our classes on a regular basis. We have the ability to get in front of a captive audience and hav

e the 1-3 hours to prove ourselves as resource of knowledge, up-to-date content, relevant topics, interesting topics and competent in our industry. We are licensed in multiple states and looking to grow and expand into additional states. Professional Edge gives our Loan Officer partners the ability to connect with REALTORS® and showcase their strengths. Education is vital in this industry and knowing we can build business partner with Real Estate Agents through education and coaching one on one to assist in building their business, establishing trust, and establishing long-term relationships is where we stand out. Working with Real Estate agents coaching them with their own business, teaching to create business plan, help with their social media marketing and how to tap into their sphere of influence, social media branding. I believe many people want to be successful if they know how to create opportunities. I thrive on creating ideas on how to use the resources already available. Being a business owner can be overwhelming so breaking it down to a simple and easy system to incorporate into their daily, weekly, monthly and annually routine is critical to being successful. I show them these steps to success in a format that is simple and easy. Working and partnering with other individuals who want to become a Certified instructor, is not easy. There are many steps, requirements and protocol. We make this process much easier. We review what is necessary and help either get them qualified or understand what it takes, then take them through the process step by step. Most will not provide this hands-on experience and assistance. We have infrastructure that is affordable and makes sense for those who truly desire to become a Certified Instructor. We also provide all the marketing tools, and required documents for them to stay in compliance as well as systems for them to be successful. We have many Mortgage Loan Originators who become Certified Instructors and it gives them the tools to get in front of numerous REALTORS®and have their full undivided attention for the 1-3 hours. REALTORS® get their continuing education credits, while learning from some of the industry most educated. Factors that affect your credit scores. These are the factors that affect your FICO credit scores. There are many platforms to pull credit from but FICO is the most important when it comes to the mortgage world. In the mortgage world, we use FICO 8 platform so I will discuss what factors affect your FICO scores and how you can control your credit. These are some secrets that many do not know and I am sharing them with you for FREE. The five factors in FICO are: credit history, amounts owed, length of credit history, type of credit used and new credit. These are the areas you want to be aware of and take control so you can increase your credit scores. I personally feel that amounts owed section is jsut as important as the payment history. Although, it is slightly lower in affects in your credit, the powerful part is YOU HAVE CONTROL in this area. This video will share credit secreat sauces so you can increase your credit scores with some specific steps. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
