Very interesting perspective. Women's bodies shouldn't be trained like men's, the menstrual cycle is so important, and mental health goes hand and hand with success.

Important facts!
It's Athletic Training Month. I don't believe most people have any idea what it takes to earn the title Certified Athletic Trainer. Currently, it's a challenging, 4 year degree that culminates in a grueling certification test. For those of you who have kids in high school, give their AT a high 5.
