Belated Valentine’s Day cooking class with Nikki Matthews and Ryan Mariano.
Yummy menu of Lemon garlic shrimp, Roasted beet salad with arugula, pistachios, dried apricots and goat cheese, chicken rice with roasted Delicata squash, southwestern baked cod and yummy Chocolate cookie skillet with fresh berries. Can you say yum?
All recipes were gluten free and Paleo…keeping these 2 staying on point!💕
