One question we hear often is: how many Easy Grammar lessons should students complete each day?

Dr. Phillips recommends two to three lessons per day as a starting point, but she is quick to add that you should always adjust based on your students' needs.

As she puts it, "Our goal is mastery, not speed." Some students may move through lessons quickly, while others need more time with a concept. Both are completely fine.

The curriculum is designed to meet students where they are.

Hearing from teachers and parents about how Easy Grammar is working in their classrooms means a lot to us.

Our curriculum is built on the idea that grammar should be easy to teach, easy to learn, and easy to remember, and it is encouraging to see that come through in real classrooms and homeschools.

If you have used Easy Grammar and want to share your experience, we would love to hear from you.

Getting ready for a new school year takes more than new supplies. 📚

Here are a few ways to help your kids feel confident and prepared before the first day:

✔️ Set a consistent bedtime at least a week before school starts so the adjustment feels gradual.
✔️ Review any skills from last year, especially reading and writing, so students walk in feeling refreshed rather than rusty.
✔️ Talk through what to expect: new teachers, new routines, new challenges. A little conversation goes a long way.
✔️And if grammar is on your list this year, we have resources to help you find the right starting point.

Grammar skills don't disappear over the summer, but they do get rusty without a little attention. 💡

One of the simplest ways to keep things sharp is to read daily. Whether your child picks up a novel, a magazine, or even a comic book, reading naturally reinforces sentence structure, punctuation, and vocabulary. It doesn't need to feel like schoolwork.

After a chapter or two, ask your child about what they read, or have them write a sentence about their favorite part. Small, consistent habits like these go a long way toward keeping skills fresh until fall.
