Reminder: Tomorrow Sue Lechman - AmeriFirst Financial, Inc and Steve McKamey will be educating Realtors on the power of FHA 203k loan options.
What makes this type of loan a great option? A large percentage of transactions are being made with all cash because the properties aren't able to be financed using traditional financing. Most consumers are not aware that homes can be enhanced with repairs completed after closing with financed funds.
