Desert Foothills Lutheran Preschool

Desert Foothills Lutheran Preschool A warm caring place where children love to learn!

WE BELIEVE.....that we share a commission with parents in our church and community to train children so that they may experience the abundant life that God has planned for them...that parents are the primary educators and we are here to support and extend their role in the teaching of their children...that each child is a precious and unique gift from God...in putting Christ at the center of the learning process...in a Christ-centered curriculum of developmentally appropriate activities... that a young child learns best about God's world through play and exploration...that learning should be nurtured - not hurried...in encouraging independence and healthy self-esteem, so that the whole child grows spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially and intellectually.
