On Tuesday, September 15, our 1st & 2nd graders celebrated International Dot Day with a special classroom party! 🎨✨ It was a fun day filled with colorful activities, creativity, and plenty of smiles as our students celebrated what makes each of them unique.
Every little dot can be the start of something amazing!

Swim Vespers 2026

What a beautiful evening of fellowship, fun, and faith! Our TCE families came together for swimming, laughter, and time spent as a school community—all while closing the Sabbath together.

A heartfelt thank you to Chaplain Jessica for sharing a meaningful message with our families, and to our amazing lifeguards, Pr. Sarah, Ketziah, and Max, for helping keep everyone safe while we enjoyed the pool.

A special thank you to Belle and all of our wonderful parent volunteers who helped with setup, cleanup, serving snacks, and everything in between. Your willingness to jump in and help made the evening possible!

And thank you to all of our families who joined us and contributed snacks. We are so grateful for these opportunities to come together as a school family, build community, and share our faith.

From Mrs. De Los Reyes:
What a blessing this week! Our 3rd and 4th graders had Pastor Dayv lead Bible class as we learned about Joseph and God’s faithfulness.

The students also had the opportunity to ask some of their curious faith questions, like, “Will we have pets in heaven?” and “Will Bible characters be on the New Earth?”

Here are a few pictures and a sweet video of Pastor Davy singing with the kids. We are so thankful for these special moments of growing in faith together and look forward to more lessons with him at the end of the month!

This morning looked a little different around our flagpole. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙
Each morning at TCE, our students gather at the flagpole for the Pledge of Allegiance and prayer. Today, on Patriot Day, we paused a little longer.
With our students dressed in red, white, and blue and our flag at half-staff, we joined together in singing the National Anthem and remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.
May we continue to teach the next generation the importance of remembrance, gratitude, unity, service, and prayer.
🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Campaign season has officially begun! Our 8th graders are busy campaigning for class office, and next Tuesday they’ll take the stage to deliver their speeches and make their case for your vote!

Once the votes are counted and our class officers are elected, they’ll hit the ground running—planning fundraisers, organizing activities, and helping make their final year at TCE one to remember!

Good luck to all of our candidates! Let the campaigning begin!

Science comes to life in 5th & 6th grade!

Our students have been learning about the parts of a cell and their functions, and what better way to prepare for a test than with some hands-on learning?

Students built their own cells out of Play-Doh to help identify and remember each part and its important job. They also experimented with a large “cell”—an egg! 🥚—to explore how the cell membrane helps a cell maintain its shape and structure.

Learning by creating, experimenting, and discovering!

Serving with purpose!

This morning, our 7th & 8th graders had the opportunity to help set up for the Faith, Freedom & Liberty 250 Health Clinic. We’re grateful for opportunities like this that allow our students to step outside the classroom, lend a helping hand, and experience the joy of serving others.

We’re so proud of our students for representing TCE and putting their faith into action!
