Celebrating 60,000+ certified since 2006. Industry-recognized certification from the frontline to the mayor – Certified Tourism Ambassador® (CTA).

CTA is more than training – the one program that drives COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT (stakeholders and residents).

SO EXCITED to celebrate 20 Years of the CTA – Certified Tourism Ambassador® – program. Here’s a toast to all of YOU – the over 60,000 certified and the amazing destination DMOs that continue to use CTA to drive COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT – one person, one business at a time. To my core, I believe that if you drive people to strategy, you can accomplish anything. What a great ride it’s been! Cheers!

What a great opportunity for our Lansing CTAs!

Yesterday we had the unique opportunity to have a behinds the scenes chat with MSU Culinary's Rebecca Selesky and Eat At State Kat Cooper English on what it takes to feed 50,000+ students every day! We also got to enjoy lunch from Brody Dining Hall. Super insightful! Also, since the opportunity went fast, another one is being planned for the future! 💚🤍 — at Brody Cafeteria.
