A nine-month film academy giving voice to students from the behavioral health community, sponsored by Magellan Health Services.

24 Frame Visions of Hope is a complete filmmaking training program for those with behavioral health issues, which consists of three phases. The first is an instructional phase where students learn from professionals how to make films. The second phase, the students use the professional equipment they've been trained on to make their own films, and the third phase they edit and finalize those films.
