Founded on April 14th, 2009 in Phoenix, AZ, what started as a small local nanny agency has grown into a premier Nanny, NCS, & Household Staffing agency, while still keeping the personal, relationship-focused approach that makes every placement feel like a perfect fit.

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting families through every stage, from welcoming newborns home to helping households run seamlessly with experienced Nannies, Newborn Care Specialists, Family Assistants, Household Managers, Personal Assistants, Private Chefs, Housekeepers, and more.

We are incredibly grateful to our amazing community of caregivers and household professionals who bring compassion, professionalism, and heart into the homes they support every day.

A Perfect Fit Nanny Agency is supporting a warm and loving family in Fort Worth who are preparing to welcome their first baby in late February! 🤍

This position offers annual compensation over $100,000, along with a beautiful, long-term living environment for the perfect nanny.

They’re looking for a nurturing, mature caregiver with strong life experience and a genuine love for children. A Spanish speaker (or someone fluent in another language) would be a wonderful bonus!

We’re helping a wonderful family in Kona find a professional, detail-oriented Housekeeper to care for their beautiful 6,500 sq. ft. private estate.

Pay: $50–$55/hr + full benefits (medical, vacation, holidays, 401k match, HSA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8/9 AM–4/5 PM
Principals on-island only ~3 weeks per year, Long-term, year-round position
