Maybe you’ll actually hire a coach to get you doing what you need to do
Hopefully they come loaded with a nice gym too - but don’t let aesthetics hide the real value of coaches.

A safe to fail experiment
Or just a dumb idea!
Made up my own solo half marathon for my birthday trot !- 55 tomorrow
Running a half marathon probably shouldn’t kill me, yet I know my mental health might
And it can for others and I know I have people close to me who can struggle too.
I feel stupid admittedly - what on earth do I have to worry about! Yet we should understand and acknowledge it’s not as simple as that.

One small task for big wins: The Energy Audit
Last week, I shared an exercise adapted from we used with coaches — it applies perfectly to you too.
Grab a notepad and write down everything that fills your week:
Training sessions
Work projects
Family or social commitments
Daily habits — phone, scrolling, errands
Now mark each one as:
✅ Energizing or ❌ Draining
👤 Solo or 🤝 Shared
What patterns do you see?
What surprises you?
How might you adjust or adapt tasks?
