Cured & Poured Credentialing Alliance (CPCA) was born from a personal journey of curiosity, education, and a desire to elevate the appreciation of premium ci**rs, spirits, sensory evaluation, and hospitality.

Like many enthusiasts, I began my journey simply wanting to learn more. What started as an interest in premium ci**rs evolved into a pursuit of knowledge across multiple disciplines. Along the way, I enrolled in educational programs, pursued certifications, participated in judging and sensory evaluation training, and studied under respected organizations dedicated to to***co, whiskey, bourbon, and hospitality education.

As I progressed through various educational tracks, I discovered something both inspiring and frustrating. There were excellent schools, academies, and certification programs available, but they often existed independently of one another. A person interested in ci**rs might never discover opportunities in spirits education. A whiskey enthusiast might never explore sensory evaluation training. Hospitality professionals seeking to enhance guest experiences often had to navigate multiple organizations and credentialing pathways on their own.

I began to envision a different approach.
