One of my favorite teachings to explore is “adjusting course”. I used to call it “course correction” but that doesn’t do justice to the positive aspects, in my mind.

This lesson has been showing up more in both my personal work and with clients ~ this timely post from really resonates.

Recognizing the signs that alignment isn’t fully achieved, and identifying where embracing change is in the highest good is such a powerful tool.

Releasing can be pivotal, even if it feels like a loss in the moment.

This powerful, and empowering, message has been part of several coaching calls lately... so much wisdom and freedom enters through the practice of acceptance.
🙏🏼
Many have been taught that acceptance means giving up - the gift actually comes in understanding that acceptance is a key that opens a door to freedom.
🔑
And with freedom comes creating desired changes, being activated not in the energy of “giving up” but in the energy of moving forward.

Some great journal prompt around acceptance are:
- what is it that I am not accepting in my current situation(s)?
- what would happen if I allowed myself to accept the reality of current situations?
- in what ways does my not accepting these truths create discord, challenges, barriers for me? And what experiences/frequencies do the answers to this question bring into my life?
- in what ways would acceptance support my growth, healing, expanding?

So much peace and comfort to be found in the first few seconds of a gentle storm rolling in ~ soaking up the sounds and smells as my favorite tree dances in the wind and the desert ground meets with the rain.

🙏🏼 While I love the connection of leading workshops in person,
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share my passions and guide others in the messy world of how I Zoom.
✍🏻 Note to self: check the FULL view of what will be seen in the background when being presented on a jumbo screen to the audience.
👏🏼 Meanwhile, I’ll keep telling myself that “real” is the new “curated”.

I am grateful to learn in each session I have with my amazing clients.
With each message I receive as I prepare for our sessions, I grow.
With each awareness and shift they create in their energy, I expand with them.
With each resource I share, my inner child learns along with them.
What a beautiful gift it is to have the trust of clients who allow me to do such healing work.
A spot has opened for one more client ~ if there are areas of your life that you want to explore and expand, perhaps that spot is for you?

🙏🏼 I moved my meditation ritual outside this morning.
☀️ Felt the sun on my skin.
🐝 Noticed the energies around me from the bees and chirpy birds.
🌊 Stepped into the cool water of the pool.
💫 Felt the impact of so many more sensory experiences during the process.
💗 Not sure yet if I’ll do it again - invested in feeling into my meditation ritual as I try different settings.
