The Annual Update is for:

• Updating your address or phone number
• Reviewing and updating your child's health history
• Verifying or changing emergency contact information

The online Annual Update has replaced the printed Emergency Card, making it easier than ever to keep your student's information up to date.

🚨 Attention 7th–12th Grade Families!

Before your student can receive or continue using their Chromebook for the 2026–27 school year, please complete the required Annual Device User Agreement. Both parent/guardian and student signatures are required.

Families may also enroll in the optional Device Protection Plan for $30/year, which helps cover unforeseen damage, theft, or loss. Enrollment ends Friday, October 2, 2026.

Important Nutrition Update for Families!

Starting in the 2026-27 school year, PVSchools will begin following the new Arizona Healthy Schools Act to support student health and well-being.

What's changing?

To eliminate ultra-processed ingredients, food served or sold on campus during the school day will no longer contain specific additives and artificial dyes (including Red 40, Yellow 5/6, Titanium Dioxide, and BVO).

What parents need to know:

Packed Lunches: This does NOT limit what you can pack in your child's lunchbox.
Class Parties: Guidelines DO apply to shared treats. Please check with your child's teacher before bringing food items for the class.

To encourage student creativity and highlight the importance of digital responsibility, the Fine Arts and Information Technology departments have introduced the Cyber Smart Art Contest. This initiative, open to all grade levels, asks participants in Paradise to design original pieces centered on positive digital citizenship. The deadline for submissions is May 19, 2026.
