Hey guys, Tom here! I realized recently that I bought my first multi-unit property just about 10 years ago... back in July of 2011!
.. and now, I own and self-manage more than 454 doors!

These doors generate $235k in gross MONTHLY 💰 flow...
.. and equates to more than $25 Million in holdings.
