At the core of ELO is what we call Forum, a small group of 6-10 of your peers. This is unlike any other educational opportunity available. Your Forum peers will become some of your closest confidants. You'll explore things you never thought you would and grow in new ways on a personal and professional level.
To join a Forum, it is are required to participate in Forum Training to learn the structure of a successful Forum experience. In this virtual training, you'll learn the keys to experience sharing vs. advice giving and start exploring the Top 5% and Bottom 5% of your life.
