Back-to-School Supply Giveaway! 🎒🍎

As students get ready to head back to school next week, Scottsburg Proud is excited to help local families by donating bags of school supplies!

School supply bags will be available for pickup beginning TOMORROW at the City of Scottsburg Utility Office.

🕣 Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Supplies are available while they last, so be sure to stop by!

A big THANK YOU to the City of Scottsburg for partnering with us and helping distribute these supplies to our community. We hope everyone has a safe, successful, and amazing school year!

💙🤍 Meet the Staff Monday! 🤍💙

It's time to meet another incredible member of the SES family!

This week we're shining the spotlight on our amazing school nurse, Nurse Stacy! 🩺💙 This school year marks her **second full year** at Scottsburg Elementary, and we're so thankful to have her caring for our students and staff each day.

Whether she's handing out bandages, calming worried little ones, managing medications, or making sure everyone stays healthy and safe, Nurse Stacy is truly one of our everyday superheroes! 🦸‍♀️

🩺 Speaking of our very own Wonder Woman...

If you need to turn in vaccine records, have medical paperwork, medication forms, or any other health-related questions before school starts, be sure to stop by and see Nurse Stacy during registration!

Calling all future Braves!

Do you have a child starting Kindergarten at Scottsburg Elementary this year? We'd love to see them at Kindergarten Jumpstart!

Jumpstart is a fun, relaxed opportunity for incoming kindergarteners to: meet new friends, get comfortable with the school, meet teachers and staff, and build confidence before the first day of school.

📚 Scottsburg Elementary Open House 📚

🗓 Monday, August 3
🕔 5:00–7:00 PM

The evening will begin in the gym with a brief welcome from Mr. B immediately followed by the annual Title 1 meeting. Afterward, families are invited to visit classrooms to meet their teacher, drop off school supplies, and get ready for an amazing school year.

We look forward to seeing all of our SES Braves! 🤍💙
