We haven’t been in school long, but some of our Wildcats are already showing what they can do! 🐾🖤💛

We are SO excited to celebrate students who have already reached 💯% fact fluency on Reflex! 🙌 That takes practice, persistence, and some seriously strong math skills!

We love watching our students set goals, work hard, and experience the excitement that comes with reaching them. Keep it up, Wildcats—we have a feeling there will be LOTS more names joining the 💯% club soon! 🌟🧮

We wrapped up Rivalry Week today with Wear a Jersey Day, and our Wildcats definitely understood the assignment! 🙌🖤💛

From college and pro teams to our favorite local teams, the halls were full of jerseys, team colors, and LOTS of school spirit! 🏆🐾

It’s been such a fun week celebrating with our students, but now there’s only ONE team we’re cheering for tonight… GO WILDCATS! 🐾🏈📣

Day 3 of Rivalry Week brought all the beach vibes to Collins Intermediate! 🌊😎 Our Wildcats traded the classroom for a little fun in the sun—beach style!

One of our favorite traditions has returned to CIS—the Wildcat Wednesday Water Cart! ❤️💙

We absolutely love seeing our sweet students take the lead as they practice important life, communication, and job-readiness skills while serving our faculty and staff. From greeting customers and taking orders to delivering water with a smile, every stop is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence! 😊

The water may be refreshing, but seeing our Wildcats learn new skills is what truly makes our day! 🥰

Mrs. Smothers, Math Instructional Coach, had our 5th graders thinking like math detectives today as they worked through an Estimate-Mystery! 🕵️‍♀️🧮

Students used their estimation skills, problem-solving strategies, and mathematical reasoning to uncover clues and solve the mystery. We love seeing our students engaged, collaborating, and putting their learning into action! 😊

Collins Intermediate kicked off Day 1 of Rivalry Week in SUPER style! 💥 Our halls were filled with capes, masks, and plenty of superhero spirit as students and staff showed off their superpowers! ⚡️💪

🎸 WE WILL, WE WILL… ROCK YOU! 🎸

And just like that, our first full week of school is in the books! ❤️📚

What better way to celebrate than with a little We Will Rock You fun from the people who make our school ROCK every single day—our amazing faculty and staff! 🤘🎶 We jumped on the trend, had plenty of laughs, and reminded everyone that we’re not afraid to have a little fun along the way!
This week has been filled with welcoming students, building relationships, establishing routines, learning, laughing, and creating the kind of school culture where kids and adults are excited to show up each day.

One full week down, and we’re just getting started! Here’s to an incredible school year ahead. We’re ready to ROCK this year! 🎸🔥
