Poisonous plants found in homes: daffodils, Dieffenbachia (dumb cane), Easter lily, English ivy, oleander, peace lily, philodendron, pothos, sago, palm, and the ZZ plant. Keep these away from children and pets!

First holiday recipe for kids:
Peanut Butter Snowballs
Ingredients:
reg. sized jar peanut butter
honey
dry milk
coconut shavings (or crushed rice crispies)
Instructions: Put peanut butter into bowl. Mix in 2 or 3 tbsp. honey. Add 1/4 C. dry milk. Stir until it resembles play-doh. If it's too moist, add more dry milk. Roll dough into balls. Roll balls in coconut or crispies. 😉

Reminder from Janet, SSS assistant director:
The Tri-City Roadrunner Bus is available to WNCC students to ride for FREE with student photo ID. Anywhere you see a Roadrunner bus stop sign is a place you can catch the bus. Signs are up all around the towns on major streets.
There is a bus stop at WNCC located between the Williams (TRIO) building and Conestoga Hall.
Bus stop schedules are posted inside the bus shelter.
