☀️ We hope everyone is having an amazing summer and making lots of memories! It’s hard to believe, but we’re officially ONE MONTH away from the first day of school! ❤️

🐾 Be watching your mailbox over the next couple of weeks for your Back-to-School Letter with important information about the upcoming school year.

🗓️ Kindergarten parents should have already received a letter letting you know whether your child’s first day is the 13th, 14th, or 17th. If you have not, please contact the office after July 27th or call and leave a voicemail. The first day for all kindergartners together is Wednesday, August 19th!

🏫 Be sure to mark your calendars for our Meet & Greet/Open House on Wednesday, August 12, from 4:00–6:00 PM! We can’t wait to welcome our Wildcats back, meet our new families, and kick off another great school year together.

Transportation Reminder!

Transportation Reminder for Families! 🚍

If your student is:
✅ New to Scottsbluff Public Schools
✅ Entering a new building (Grades 6 or 9)
✅ Moving to a new address

and will be utilizing district transportation, you must complete the Transportation Contract by July 15 to ensure bus service is available on the first day of school.

Yesterday, we had the honor of welcoming back some very special visitors! ❤️🎓

Our graduating seniors took one final walk through the halls of their elementary school before tomorrow’s graduation, and it was such a full-circle moment for students and staff alike. From little Wildcats to graduates ready for their next adventure, we are so proud of all they have accomplished.

Congratulations, Class of 2026 — your Westmoor family will always be cheering you on! 🖤❤️

Our teachers have been feeling “Popular” all week thanks to the incredible support from our PTO and all of the wonderful local businesses that donated to our drawings! 💚🖤💗✨

From lounge goodies and prize drawings to an amazing enchilada lunch, coffee bar, popcorn bar, lemonade bar, and caramel apples (too good not to mention 😍), our staff has truly been spoiled during Teacher Appreciation Week!

Thank you to our PTO for helping make our Wicked-themed week so special and for always supporting our Westmoor staff in the best ways. We are so grateful! 🧹⭐️

Don’t forget to get signed up for our Westmoor Fun Run! 🏃‍♂️

This isn’t your typical race — it’s a true FUN run! Students will stop at different stations along the way to complete activities and collect fun little goodies at each stop. 🎉

If you want a guaranteed event shirt, be sure to register by Tuesday (April 14th). We will have a limited number of shirts available on-site, but sizes are not guaranteed for anyone who registers after that date.

We hope to see everyone there on April 25th for a fun-filled afternoon! 🐾
