They are knowledgeable, kind, caring and extremely good with pets. They exhibit a lot of empathy and reassure you when you are worried. They also try to get you in as soon as possible. “Dogs come when they're called. Cats take a message and get back to you.” - Mary Bly

True story, told daily in our waiting room. 🤣

Dogs: sprint in, tail going a mile a minute, ready to be BEST FRIENDS with everyone in the lobby.

Cats: arrive in a carrier under protest, file a formal complaint and reassess whether they still love you.

We adore them both. 😻 🐶

Meet Natayla, one of our Client Service Representatives.

She enjoys helping clients feel comfortable and supported while keeping the clinic running smoothly.

Fun fact- Natayla started at Coast then moved to Oregon.

She now works remotely and is a huge part of our team. She is the friendly voice you often hear when you call.

Natayla has worked in client service for over 12 years and enjoys creating a positive environment for those around her.

She has been passionate about animals since she was a kid, sharing her house with multiple cats and 1 dog, and is excited to be surrounded by others who share the same passion. 🐾

Senior pet aid

Regular vet check-ups, vaccinations, and other routine care keep pets healthy and happy and prevent costly diseases.

BirchBark's Senior PetAid Program helps cover the cost of basic care for senior pets, as well as pets of any age that are owned by senior guardians.

Approved treatments include wellness exams, vaccinations, parasite testing and prevention, age-appropriate lab work, help with prescription diets, nail trims, a**l gland expression, ear cleaning, and sanitary clips.

If your pet is ill or injured and needs diagnostics or life-saving treatment, please apply for either PetAid Initial Care or PetAid Complex Care, as appropriate.

We are a Birchbark partner hospital. 🐾
