Brystol working on some double back prep on the tumble trak! First day ever putting her double back on the tumble trak.

We are starting the process now to allow for adequate time to build a solid foundation for future doubles on floor.

The 1 & 1/4 back tuck onto stacked mats (above shoulder height preferably) is a fantastic drill to work on a good block and quick hip curl for adequate height and rotation for the double back.
